Brief Biography
Dr. Chandrima Mukhopadhyay is Visiting Faculty in the Summer Winter School at CEPT University in Ahmedabad, India, where she was previously an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Planning. She received her PhD in Spatial Planning and Environment from Newcastle University’s School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape in 2014. Dr. Mukhopadhyay’s teaching and research areas include the role of the private sector in infrastructure delivery and urban development, governance, megaprojects and urban finance. She is a founding editorial board member of the Conversations in Planning Theory and Practice booklet series, an Association of European School of Planning (AESOP) -Young Academic (YA) initiative; and is the series editor for Series B on Planning Theory.
